Would this be approved for Rebel Tech. It has holes from visor on each side.

That is a good question but unfortunately, one that I do not know the answer to. Personally, I would not want to have visible screw holes on my helmet. Perhaps you could use removable white rubber hole plugs to make them less noticeable.

Do you specifically want to make the Yavin Hanger Technician (Ep IV)? You could also make the Rebel Ground Crew (no helmet) or the ROTJ technician that wears an RFT helmet without the black visor if you have the other parts of the helmet. There is no costume standard for the Hangar Technician ROTJ but Lokrin has been approved with that costume not too long ago.

Just plug the holes with ABS paste, and conceal the damage with some strategic battle damage / weathering!

I that case, if I were you I would just do a Rebel Ground Crew or the Hangar Technician ROTJ or even both instead of a Yavin Hanger Technician (Ep IV). The Rebel Ground Crew does not have a helmet so you do not have to worry about the wholes.

If you do the Hangar Technician ROTJ you do not have to change your RFT helmet at all because your RFT does not have the dark visor. There is no CS for that technician yet but there are enough references so that Lokrin was approved with it.

Upps, sorry, that was not my intention. Smile I know the feeling. I have the same problem when going through Rogue One screenshots and playing the new Star Wars games EA/Dice Battlefront 1, EA/Dice Battlefront 2, and Jedi Fallen Order. I haven't finished all my started costume projects yet and already want to make more. My wishlist is getting longer and longer.
