Location: (Name and address): Boyce Cox Field 1501 Euclid Ave, Bristol, VA 24201
Parking location and details: (Parking should be free)Same as Above
Event date: Saturday, July 18, 2020
Event start time & approx. end time: 5pm- 9pm
Call time: (Should be 1 hour prior to game start or doors open)4pm
Changing room details: Will have a changing area tent set up for the characters.
