So I can't afford 300 bucks for a belt. I just cant. SO I am gonna make it. Leather came in today. but I am starting with the front and back belt buckles. Sort of eyeballed a template (Which I kept) and cut up a brass 'push panel door protector' I got at home depot for 9.99

propane torch kit, 12.99
soldering kit, 13
and leather 11.oo after shipping.

But, here's the pics of the buckle build. The bolt nut on the back will have a brass bolt in it holding the metal end of the hoster.

There's lots of pics of the buckle build so far. After I got it all soldered together and washed, I but aluminum styled vinly sign sheeting on it. Self adhesive, so it looks ok so far.

More soon
