Date: Sunday 24th November 2019

Time: Arrive at 9am to change or arrive at 9:30 in costume. We need to be in our final position at 9:34 at the latest. Parade starts at 10am.

Meeting point: The car par off Winkleigh place, behind the Village cinema carpark, eastlands

Weapons: NO BLASTERS, but lightsabers and droid callers are ok

Cameras: Yes

Multi Legion: Yes (invitation received from 501st Thylacine)
Secure changing: NO - car park change

Parking: Yes

WWCC: Yes

PLI requested: Yes, using PLI so no GA

Charity: None - this is a community event

Characters requested: Any star wars

Backdrop: We have been invited by Eastlands to join Santa and other characters to be part of the Eastlands Pageant.

Point Trooper: Izzy, TB7651

Brief: We will parade around the streets of Rosny to excited crouds of kids. There will be lots of waving! At the end there will be an opportunity for people to have photos with us.

On the day we can make the call (depending on how hot it is, how long the photos take etc) if any members want to join the other characters to walk through the shopping centre.
