Hey smugglers!
I'm thinking about adding an approved Han Solo (ROTJ) to my line up.
I've already bought a ROTJ shirt from CorellianDryGoods, and figured I'd also get the vest and pants from him later.
The 3-hole black belt I purchased from Todd's Costumes.
What I'm currently wondering if these would also be the appropriate boots to get. Thoughts?

I am not a costume judge, but I know that costumes with rubber boots have been approved in the past.
However I do have to say that I have used rubber boots with costumes in the past and have not found them very comfortable, especially the riding boots.
Do you have a possibility to try them on somewhere or is it a complete leap in the dark? _________________ She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts. |

Pretty sure that rubber boots have been approved before as stated above - but I too would imagine that they are not going to be comfy walking around/standing at a convention/trop very long.
I had luck on eBay with vintage boots from a company called "Marlborough" they seem to be one of the few brands in mens sizes.
Hope you like the shirt! |

Ovation Derby PVC boots are kinda of the go-to budget option. (For both Solo and Imperial Officers)
As mentioned, however, your feet won't thank you. They're not very comfortable, and don't breathe at all. _________________
