I see no standards for Yoda. I know he is small but I see costume standards for jawas and ewoks. I just wonder.

Yoda in the films is a puppet, cgi, and a puppet again. making him not real ideal for a costume, especially because of his small size.

Amak has a point. Most ewok/jawa costumers are also too tall :p

in the movie we saw Jawas that were almost as tall as 3PO.

example : these Jawas are more than 5 foot tall*...

note: Anthony Daniels is 5'9" without the helmet,
(the helmet adds about 2 inches more);

we can see the 2 jawas standing closest to him are taller than his shoulders,
(they stand roughly equal to his nose);

* I would guess these 2 Jawas are somewhere around 5'3",
(give or take a few inches).

Correct. Also the Ewoks and Jawas are portrayed by human beings.

Again, Yoda is a Puppet and CGI element.

If someone managed to pull it off, wouldn't it be approvable, though? It would need to be pretty convincing, but ...
