[Finished]Nomi Sunrider costume standard proposal

I've been prodded into actually writing this up, finally.

Nomi Sunrider, Tales of the Jedi green dress

Shirt
*The shirt is a medium kelly green
*Shirt should be cropped length hitting near the bottom of the ribcage
*The shirt has a scoop or lightly squared scoop neck in front and in back
*The shirt closes with 4-5 buttons, and the top button is far enough below the neckline to allow separation of approximately 1”
*The buttons should have no visible holes and match the dress color exactly. Covered buttons preferred.
*Short sleeves should come to mid-bicep

Skirt
*The skirt should be the same color as the shirt
*Skirt is floor length
*The skirt is full and with minimal seam lines, best accomplished with a half to full-circle skirt
*The waistband should roll over the top of the skirt and have some volume
*There are three back loops that hang out of the back of the skirt, over the waistband

Boots
*Boots should be medium brown and mid-calf to knee height with no decorations, leather or leather-like material

Hair
*Hair should be worn loose and reach to mid-back with no bangs
*Hair should be in the auburn/red/rust brown color range

Lightsaber
*Green

Nomi Sunrider was a Human female who served as a Jedi Master and later Grand Master of the Jedi Order in the days of the Galactic Republic.

- The lightsaber may be a static prop (hilt-only).
- Attached blade(s), LED lights, and sound effects, are allowed but not required.
- If bladed must be green.
- No toy sabers, no Ultimate FX short saber.
