I pulled the trigger, had a friend of mine that works in the park pick up the jacket for me, just waiting for that to arrive and my new Hoth colors chest box, weather my Dak helmet, and attach my comlink to my glove and submit!

I would not approve this un-altered. There should not be pockets on the front, you could theoretically remove them. The front has a zipper that must be hidden.

Both the pockets and zipper are hidden on the Disney jacket.

Just because its on a seam does not mean it does not show. I can see them in the submissions photos.

Normally the belt goes over them, depending on how they hit your body, hiding them entirely. If not, though, should be easy enough to close by stitching them closed, adding Velcro, or heck, even safety pins would do the job.
