We've been invited to walk in the Neptune Parade again this year with Garrison Tyranus and the Droid Builders.

Participants need to be at the staging area around 9-ish AM (not confirmed just yet). It's been suggested that non-costumed handlers (wearing their bowling shirts) carry each group's banner. Do we have a local banner or anyone to carry one?
