Would a AT-AT flight suit work for a base for a Y-Wing flightsuit base?
I found this one:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013UAI4ZY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Seems like it would be a go..
1. Grey/Light Grey flightsuit with either a mandarin-style collar (with pointed tab) or the same tab under another flipped up collar
Correct arm pockets (shaped code cylinder pocket on upper left arm
Rectangular pocket with a squared-flap closure on upper right arm)
Thigh pockets with squared-flap closures (upper set required, lower set optional)
No visible zippers or snaps |

This flight Suit is in X-Wing Pilot Style. The Y-Wing is differend in Style and color. There was a tread here in the past that the Flight Suit is more tan or a very light grey than AT-AT or Technican. Hero Tec X on Facebook is working on A/B and Y-Wing Pilot Flight Suits in correct style and color. They will showed pictures shortly. |

Ywingfighter is correct, the color of the accurate Y-wing pilot suit is a bit different and the pockets are very different. However, under the current standards the AT-AT suit most likely would pass as the standards still require a grey X-wing pilot style suit, not the accurate Y-wing pilot suit. So until the standards are update (if they ever are) you wouldn't technically need a suit with the accurate shade and accurate pockets...
It all just depends on how accurate you want to be under the current standards. _________________ B-wing Pilot - Jedi - Resistance X-wing Pilot - Temmin "Snap" Wexley

That's what I have and I passed standards. But, that was before the Star Wars costume book came out which finally gave us a good look at the Y-wing costume. I'm of the persuasion that it's light gray, not tan. It's a blue dress/white dress scenario here at the Legion.
All the coveralls I've seen were too dark gray, in my opinion, and not worth modifying. So I'm anxiously awaiting to see what Hero X comes up with. _________________

Dang. That's a pricey flak vest. I'll be interested to see how well it sells. But I'll be interested in the flight suit in the future. _________________
