I'm not a judge, but the best way to know what judges are looking for is to read over the standards and compare that to your costume.

From what I can see of your costume, it looks really well made. I really like the fabric you chose for the lace.

The only thing I could see potentially being an issue is that I can't see many beads in your necklace, but that may be just the lighting. It also looks like your choker is slouching a bit on your neck. Maybe you could reinforce it with something so that it stands up taller?

When you think you're ready, you need to take head-to-toe, well-lit photos of your front, back, and sides, and then an action shot for your profile photo. Click the "My Costumes" link at the top of the forums, and add a new costume. You will submit links to the photos of your costume, and then the judges will look it over and let you know what they think.

Good luck!

Overall, the fabric choice looks good. Smile

The choker needs to stand taller though, as Jenna said. Currently the brooch is hanging down the necklace instead of firmly standing up on the choker around your neck. So that would be something to look at. Can't see if your choker has any beads.

I'm also not seeing a clear fishtail shape to your skirt in the photo. Does it flair out from the knees and in the back? Make sure that is clearly seen.

And I'm afraid your corset is cut along the wrong lines; it should be straight across at the top, and the seam lines on the front, both go on the outside of the breasts. Also make sure to use interfacing/stiffen the corset so it doesn't slouch.

The gauntlets look good, but need to be longer; they should stand as tall as the corset and go over the bicep, so you'll need at least another five centimeter/two inches to get there.

And as Jenna also said, I can't really see the beaded strands hanging down either, but otherwise it looks good. Wouldn't hurt for it to be longer, but the length should be fine. Smile

I can see who you are, but there are things to tweak. Don't be discouraged, but keep at it, one thing at a time. We have all been there, where we stared ourselves blind and needed someone else to point out what could be done better. Smile And we keep on learning as we go.

We've got a few photos here that might help you:

Good luck with it!
