Source For Shirt and Vest?

Greetings. I was wondering if there were any sources for the correct RFT shirt and the movie-accurate RFT vest (the version with the numerous pockets of various sizes)? The shirt links in the "What You Need to Know" thread no longer work and I haven't found much searching through Google so far. Does anyone make and sell either of these?

Ah, thanks for the links! Much appreciated! Not sure how I missed that vest thread, I even looked through the sale sub-forum. Laughing

Out of curiosity, is there a pattern for the "bib" on the RFT shirt? I looked through the stickied threads but didn't see one.

I don't think there is a pattern for the bib. There might be though...

The bib is not hard to make nonetheless. All I did was take two USN work shirt back pieces and sewed them together and then attached them to a third USN shirt from about breast to breast. The left side of the bib is sewn to the shirt front and the right side closes with velcro. Not hard at all (even with my limited sewing skills!). Let me know if you need more info. Happy New Year!

Thanks for the information, both of you! Much appreciated. I couldn't tell if the bib was essentially a rectangle or if it had more of a cut shape to it but that definitely helps. Now just to find some shirts that I can use, which is shaping up to be harder than I thought without paying $40+ each for them. Razz

Do y'all think something like this would work for the pants? Or do the leg pockets have too much stitching?
