Hello all! Hoping a judge can chime in and give feedback about this jacket about whether or not it is approvable as is.

https://www.magnoliclothiers.com/rogue-jacket-wl-rebellion-p-724.html

I have a friend who was approved for Cassian’s Jacket in brown and it’s been said that Jyn’s jacket is like his but the sage green color we see in the movie.

Thanks for the help!

Hey there, unless I'm missing something, on the Magnoli site they only have full photos of the Andor brown one, and only a small stripe of the Erso color. Based on that tiny sliver of color in that small photo the color appears to be fine.

In terms of the jacket it appears pretty close, however Jyn's doesn't have those side buckles on the waistband, (Jyn's is just topstitched with no adjustor) but I'm sure you could remove the buckles.

Just as a buyer I'd just want more information, maybe ask for a photo of the green jacket, ask if it's cut for ladies, etc., verify if it's the exact same jacket as the brown one, or if it's made differently in green for ladies.

Thank you for your advice! I’ll ask Smile

I've written to them and the jackets are made to order from a customer's measurements. They're very quick to reply too. I haven't ordered but I'm probably going to.

Someone in the Jyn Facebook group ordered a green Magnoli. It looked really good at a glance!

Emailed the company and got a response from them! I asked about cut, color, and an example of the product. Here’s what they said:

“Yes we do an Erso version of this Jacket. It can be made for woman. See attachment and link below:
http://www.magnoliclothiers.com/rogue-jacket-wl-rebellion-p-724.html

Looks good to me so I may have to treat myself and do a couple of modifications (like removing the buckles). Just thought I’d pass on what I discovered Smile

I can comment that prior to my order I discussed the buckle issue with them, sending in a reference photo. That day the site language was adjusted to say that the Erso color would come standard without buckles.
