Endor Commando WIP (Character - Kes Dameron)

Hi guys,

Just wanted to share my WIP so you can help me while I'm doing this costume.

Hope it ends up being a cool costume. endor trooper

The idea I have is to make Kes Dameron's costume (Poe's dad).

So I'll do the Sleeve Vest with slash pockets and padded applique on right upper chest worn over a camo painted snow jacket.

Worst case scenario will be a regular commando.

I'll be following the Endor Commando CRL:

STATUS:

1. Cargo style pants - Have them in White, need to dye and paint them.
2. A beige/tan/sand coloured long sleeve t-shirt - Have it in White, need to dye and paint it.
3. Boots - Got them. (Decathlon's Dessert Forclaz 500)
4. Gaiters - Homemade, need to paint them as dirty
5. Helmet - Working on it... Have the donut, missing the soft part.
6. Olive Drab Belt with pouches - Have the belt, missing the pouches
7. Short, light-colored leather work gloves - Have yellowish leather work gloves
8. Upper torso in addition to the tan long sleeved shirt
9. Weapon - Working on an A280

Optional Items:

1. Web bandolier with replica accessories - Just needs assembling
2. Canvas military-style backpack-no nylon packs-screen accurate is two pocket pack.
3. Endor hardpack - Working on it.
4. Vest accessories such as rank badges and wrist comm - Working on it.

The only thing I can see so far is that the helmet donut color appears very light green and it should be dark green. Other than that, looking good so far!

I mean... Kes Dameron doesn't have a CRL yet.
