I'm in the process of putting together a Qui-Gon Jinn costume, based on being told repeatedly that I look like Liam Neeson.
Is the Ultrasabers 'Consular' hilt approvable for this costume? I know US are on the larger size (although I have XXL hands so perspective wise I think it would look fine), and are not marketed as screen accurate so as not to offend the mouse, but in principle, can this saber be approved for Qui-Gon?

Yeah, good question here! I was wondering the same thing! A Qui-Gon build is on my eventual wishlist, and I figured an Ultrasabers hilt might be the way to go. I suppose one could replace the standard US button with a more accurate one, but would that be enough? |

Pretty sure you'd be fine with the US Consular.
Its close enough that it would probably pass.
You can get the red hand screw (switch/button) from The Custom saber shop and drill/tap it in place for cosmetic if needed. |
