Is Starkiller's Hero Costume from TFU2 approvable as an official costume? You get the costume while on the Salvation and you can then wear it until the end of the game. Here it is during the cutscenes:

As noted before because it is part of the narrative and not a custom design and you have full front and back views it would be fine for approval if done well.

What part do you plan on starting with?

I wasn't sure what parts were approvable, but I was looking into making the whole thing as a costume

For sure, yes it would be done as a complete outfit.

I was curious where you thought to start on it. The eating an elephant analogy and all that.
