Hey everyone I built my Obi awhile back with no standards and ever since I've been meaning to write some but I never got around to it.
Well I was recently made Temple Master for Kanata Temple and I figured now is a good time to do it.
Here are my proposed costume standards for Clone Wars Season 3-6 Obi-Wan please feel free to discuss and give feedback.

Obi-Wan Kenobi Season 3-6 Clone Wars costume standards

Required Items:

1. Clone Wars Jedi white animated style forearm armour
- Right arm has Open Circle flying fleet logo.
- Left arm has comlink.
- All armour pieces must have the correct weathering.
- All armour pieces must be made from a rigid material (No foam allowed)

2. Tan outer tunic in material as close to animation as possible (No crinkle), mid-thigh length, with shoulder tucks.

3. Dark brown inner tunic rides high on the neck.

4. Tan tabards in same material as as outer tunic starting at the obi in the rear and falling just below outer tunic in the front

5. Tan obi in same material as outer tunic and tabard. Obi should extend 1”-1.5” beyond the top and bottom of the belt. Obi closure at rear should be inconspicuous.

6. Kahki coloured pants, no visible pockets.

7. Dark brown animated style leather belt, small inner strap, no studs, bow tie style animated silver buckle.

8. Covertec clip (Original style)

9. Two tall brown leather pouches in style of the animation.

10. One Revenge of the Sith style large dark brown leather rear pouch.

11. Belt components must be arranged in proper order.

12. Revenge of the Sith Hero lightsaber, Also acceptable is the modifications to make it more accurate to the animation. The lightsaber may be a static prop (hilt-only). Attached blade(s), LED lights, and sound effects, are allowed but not required. If bladed, blade is blue. (No toy sabers, no Ultimate FX short saber).

13. Black gloves, pain and simple style with white animated style armour hand plate attached. No rubber moulding such as Mechanics gloves.

14. Reddish brown leather boots with spats, knee high, with one strap at ankle. Revenge of the Sith style.

15. Hair and beard should be styled as seen in the series. Beard required. Wigs and prosthetics are allowed.


Optional Requirements:

1. Brown hooded robe.

Nice job Ben.

My only concern is that the mention of “ Clone style animated forearm armour” ( even though you have stated elbows to be attached ) will probably lead people to believe that the Clone armour is acceptable. Obi Wans armour is distinctly different from the clones and the two styles shouldn’t be confused.

Yes I used the description off the Jedi general armor for that as there wasn't anything else to go on. I am aware Obis armor is different at the elbow piece.

there are 2 versionsof obi wan:
1) as shown in clone wars and figure 1 (sidewhow) - animated style armour
2) as used on the figure 2 (i think it is a side show one too) - realistic style armour
