Hello - I'm looking for some guidance on acquiring my outfit for admission. Generic Jedi is what I'm after.....anyone have some thoughts on where to start looking. Unfortunately I have 0 sewing skills so most likely looking for a commission or a reputable vendor.

Any help?

Are you on the FB group? There are some Ga folks that do commissions . Also, check the trade section for custum commissions.

Jay,

We have all be there! Honestly, when I made my Jedi, I used a pattern I got from Walmart. I believe it cost maybe $10, (https://www.amazon.com/Simplicity-Pattern-5840-Costumes-XS-S-M-LXL/dp/B000MU0MYW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1496290626&sr=8-1&keywords=Jedi+sewing+pattern)

Sewing can be a little tricky, but there are options for you to take. You can bite the bullet and give it a shot making it yourself. There are TONS of videos on Youtube on how to sew with a pattern. Or you can commission it out and have someone make it. Just depends on what you might be willing to pay.

The pattern is a good guide to follow until you gain skill and can make robes without the pattern. Hope this helps!
