Hello Clones of Rogue Base!
We have enough clones to form our own clone squad!

Individual Bases and Outposts can form “Squads” or “Fire Teams,” which would be the local equivalent of a Pilot Squadron. The COR is responsible for Official Squads/Fire Teams within individual bases. Squad/Fire Team requirements and regulations under the Detachment are as follows:

• REGULATION 1 – Formation
A Base needs approval from its CO and at least 3 formal costumed members who agree on the Squad/Fire Team name to formally request Squad/Fire Team status. An application for this purpose can be found below and/or can be requested from the COR Command Staff.

• REGULATION 2A – Squads/Fire Teams
Squads/Fire Teams are Base-wide and are organized either by the Base as a whole with a mix of all types of Clone Trooper costumes or according to Clone Trooper costume type. In other words, within the Base there may be one Squad/Fire Team Base-wide or there may be one Squad/Fire Team for each of the Clone Trooper costume types. Squad/Fire Teams will function more as a part of the Base than COR.

• REGULATION 2B – Squad/Fire Team Administration
Any member of the Legion with an approved Clone Trooper costume may serve as Squad/Fire Team Leader (SL/FTL) but needs the approval of the Detachment Command Staff and the Base Command.

• REGULATION 3A – Unit Designation & Crest
Each Squad/Fire Team must have a unique Unit Designation (Squad Unit Name) in order to apply for Squad/Fire Team formation. Squad/Fire Team names and logos should fit within provable Star Wars nomenclature and graphical elements. The names of the following Squad/Fire Team Unit Names are restricted by virtue of use in the Official Star Wars Universe (i.e. movies, published materials, etc.) or previous use by the Rebel Legion: Omega Squad, Page’s Commandos, Katarn Commandos, and every name currently in use by existing Divisions and/or Base Squads/Fire Teams.

Squad/Fire Team logos or crests are not required for Squad/Fire Team formation. However it is recommended that a Squad/Fire Team crest be created at the Squad/Fire Team earliest convenience.

• REGULATION 3B – Nomenclature & Sources
Use of items, names and symbols by the Squad/Fire Team from within the Star Wars universe are allowed and encouraged. Use of items and symbols found in the real world, but not mentioned in the Star Wars universe can also be considered for Unit Designations and crests, as long as the use of this material does not violate any other trademark or copyright (i.e. Nike’s “Swoosh”, etc.) or ARTICLE VI/REGULATION 3A of the COR Charter.

• REGULATION 3C – Copywrited Material
Use of images from other copywrited material (other than LFL material) is prohibited. The latitude given to the Rebel Legion by LFL is not universally shared by all entities. However, if a copywrited image has been altered enough so that it's not immediately identifiable as belonging to another company, entity or genre, then it may be considered.

• REGULATION 4A – Squad/Fire Team Membership
Being a Clone Trooper in the COR does not guarantee a slot in a Base Squad/Fire Team. A Trooper must apply to their Squad/Fire Team Leader for acceptance into a Base Squad/Fire Team.

• REGULATION 4B – Squad/Fire Team Ratification
Final approval of the Squad/Fire Team name and crest as well as their
completed formations are made by the COR Command Staff pending
review of materials and application under ARTICLE VI/REGULATIONS 3A,
3B, and 3C. "

With all of that what I think needs to happen (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!)
1: We gotta get permission from our CO
2:Get detachment and Base command permission and assign a squad leader.
3: decide our squad name and logo (per the regulations)
4: submit the application!

For number 3: the only real names I have rolling around in my head are:
Akul Squad
Fulcrum squad
Wraith Squad

I'll make sure all permissions are set before we decide anything!

CO approval granted. Contact all Rogue Base members who have approved Clone costumes and proceed. You may want to touch base with the Clone Detachment Leader.
