Blue for healers, huh? Is that why Barriss has the blue cloak then?

That's why I chose Barriss. I'm not a nurse but, I work as a lab tech at a hospital. I have a small part in helping people wink2

I've been able to read other posts now....I like the idea of having blue Jedi garb to identify one as a healer. Could this become cannon in the future?

Yes, blue is what is usually done. The source is one line in The Evil Experiment, Jedi Apprentice #12, page 12: "The Jedi Healer, Wanna Di Yuni, came toward them, dressed in the light blue tunic of a medic"

Hi Kai!
I love this color! This is exactly what I would pick. It's very soothing and relaxing to the eye. And the price isn't bad either. Smile

you work as a lab tech Tai, that's awesome!. My mother is a nurse. I love when peoples costumes are intertwined with their costumes and such.

I don't think so Ky, I haven't posted it yet! But yes it's a regular Jedi costume. And I wear my Padawan braid (which I'm very proud of I might add) Smile

Hmm was sure I had seen a normal Jedi outfit of yours. Must be mistaken. Looking forward to seeing it though

Padawan braids are awesome. Had mine for a long time till I was 'knighted', which reminds me I should re do some of my pics on my character page.

Hey Anthony! Nice to see you here! Thanks for posting that about Barriss. In my opinion she's the best, too! Very Happy

I am having to redo my Jedi Costume, and I am thinking of either a Healer style or maybe historian style. However, I am terrible at finding the information for these, and the right material for the costume. What would you suggest, and maybe there should be a list of what was used so others can branch off of that.

I would recommend visiting the jedi assembly for advice on materials and resources to get them....that is where I found most of my information to search from...you will be amazed at what you will find!!

By historian, do you mean Jocasta Nu? http://www.starwars.com/databank/character/jocastanu/img/eu_bg.jpg

If so, I believe I was the first to make the costume. I have a tutorial. What we've learned since the FIDM exhibit is the markings on her tabbards and obi are embroidered.
