Rebel legion reserve

a few months ago i was going through some things in my life and made some choices some good, some bad,

i was getting into different cosplays and those needed my attention, i said some things to some people i regret, burnded some bridges and i regret that too, so i requested to go inactive into legion reserve because i havent trooped in while

now my priorities have been sorted out im still going through some difficulties but with all that being said if it is possible how can i change back from region reserve? do i have to re submit my costumes?
