I recently got formally approved as a generic Jedi however my robe did not get approved due to hood size. I found a new vendor to make my robe to Rebel legion standards. How do I go about getting my robe formally approved?

I think you just have to resubmit everything with new photos of the new robe.

you can do that and the entire costume will be rejudged at that point.

Just make sure that the new robe meets all the specifications outlined in the Standard.

If you do resubmit, make sure to point out whom the lead judge was on that approval, and they can be copied in on the application, but it may not be that person doing the re-judging due to the Jedi judge workload.
