Here's everything I've got. I'm patiently waiting on my boots.

The visor is attached to the Donut, not the soft helmet

Look at these troopers:

Trooper on the left, the donut covers half the headphone. On the right, barely touching them. However, the visor is flush with the bottom of the donut. This is the case on every helmet in the film.

Look at Leia's

See how the visor extends back over chin snaps and almost touching the rubber earphone mount? The only way that can happen is if the visor is attached to the donut (which is cut to fit over the earphone). The discoloration at the edge of the visor next to the donut looks like excess glue soaked into the fabric.

Also - Donut is gray and green.

Make your visor, and attach it to the donut.

I did that.

I've also got some gray showing through on my donut with some watered down black to make it look grimey.

i actually made my bill out of a cheap small bucket that had the right curve. I sewed on the fabric and left plenty on the inside curve, and glued that inside the bill.

The E11 can be approved as a battlefield pickup. I was approved with it, then switched to the A280 using Darthhairs kit.

I want to thank everyone that has contributed to this thread and provided feedback and help.

My boots are due on Monday and I'll likely do some final touch ups on the costume before its submitted. I'll admit I'm nervous about getting approval because I haven't gone through the process before, but I'm excited to finish this project.

Thank you!

The hose is here:
uxcell Black Plastic 25mmx23mm Corrugated Wire Hose Convoluted Tube 2M 6.5Ft https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00S50KYIA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_vQHgybATAWF7F

I got the greeblies from dr8072 on the boards here. Shoot him a pm. They cost around $15 to make and ship.

Hope that helps!
