hello all , I would like to offer a suit of Princess Leia as at the end of episode 4 was my wife. However, I do not know exactly what I need to buy and where is the best place for buy it to be approvable . thank you kindly help me .

The important points for the fabric is that neither the solid under layer nor the sheer over-layer can be shiny. I don't know what are the best fabric stores in Canada, but Joann.com is a good place to start if you want to ship from the US or fashionfabrics.com.
