Contact list?

Hello! Im not sure that this is the right way to handle this but I'm lost and confused haha. I submitted my application 2 weeks ago and have been looking forward to hearing if I'd been accepted or not and but still haven't heard anything. The page that lists the steps to become a member said I should hear something in 2 weeks and if not to "contact us". It doesn't list who to contact so if anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it very much.
