• Legions Arrival time (Changing Time): 10:30 am
• Event Start time (In Costume): 11:00 am
• Event End Time (Out of Costume): 1:00 pm
• Indoor or Outdoor Event?: Indoor
• Will parking be made available to the attending members? yes
• Are there any parking costs?: no
• Description/Purpose of event (i.e.; Charity, fundraiser, promotion, private party, etc.): We are a children’s museum. Our theme for January is May the Forces Be With You. We will be doing a lot of physics related experiences throughout the month and correlating a lot of our programming to the Star Wars theme. This is our culminating event during our normal Saturday hours. This will allow children to “meet” and be photographed with their favorite characters.
• Expected number of attendees: 100
• Number of costume characters requested: 7+
• Any specific character requests (good guys, bad guys, etc)?: Darth Vader
• Will a secure changing room be provided?: yes
• Are fake guns and other weapon props allowed? (stormtrooper blasters, lightsabers, and such)?: No
• Will there be any cost to the attending members?: no
• Will there be any cost to the attending members guests (spouses/family)?: no
• Will a charitable donation be made to an organization in the name of The Legions?: No, as they are already a charitable organization requesting our participation.
• Is there anything else we should know about the event? (such as, how many additional guests can attending troops bring?): no
• Will a presentation area be provided so that we may bring banners, brochures, temporary tattoos, and/or photo backdrops?: This can be provided with prior coordination. We have a small stage area where a photo backdrop could be hung.
• Will water be made available to the costumers in attendance?: Yes
• Is wheelchair access available to reach there area where you would like us? (This is particularly useful if a droid is available for your event.): Yes
• Is this a multi-group event (includes Rebel Legion, 501st Legion, Mando Mercs, R2 Builders, The Dark Empire, Jedi Assembly, etc.)?: Yes _________________ --> I Survived Order 66 <--
