This thread is for the nomination of members to run for the position of Commanding Officer for the Fleur De Lys Delegation for the 2015/2016 term. Please post your nominations for Delegation Leader here.

Voting will commence, with polls open for 7 days.

Nominations begin September 14, 2015 at 12:01 AM EDT Time (04:01 AM UTC/GMT) through September 20, 2015 at 11:59 PM EDT Time (03:59 AM UTC/GMT): Nominations for the various elected positions.

September 21, 2015 at 12:01 AM EDT Time (04:01 AM UTC/GMT) through September 27, 2015 at 11:59 PM EDT Time (03:59 AM UTC/GMT): Q&A Session. Note that the answers may continue for two (2) additional days (through September 29, 2015 at 11:59 PM EDT Time (03:59 AM UTC/GMT)).

September 28, 2015 at 12:01 AM EDT Time (04:01 AM UTC/GMT) through October 4, 2015 at 11:59 PM EDT Time (03:59 AM UTC/GMT): Voting will take place. Please be sure to vote.

October 5, 2015 at 12:01 AM EDT Time (04:01 AM UTC/GMT): The new administration takes office. Please note that this may be slightly delayed as the CoG office will need to ensure all votes were cast and nothing out of the ordinary happened during the voting. Sorry, but 2 minutes is just not enough time to do that.

Nominations must be from Active members of the unit. A member may nominate themselves and that will require a second nomination. Standing officers must post their desire to seek another term or decline to seek another term (no response is considered a decline). No second is required for standing officers.

Once a nomination is made and a second is called, a third and fourth are not necessary and if these posts get out of hand the Office of the COTG will remove those unnecessary posts in order to keep the thread moving smoothly. Unnecessary comments, gifs, images, emoticons and such will also be removed.

After which Q & A runs for the following 7 days (with answers being accepted for 2 additional days)

Voting will commence, with polls open for 7 days.

If no nominations occur the current Commanding Officer shall continue.
