Sounds great. Smile

My first model has been printed, but I don't have any pics to share yet. Of course, we started talking improvements right away. Once we get a good result I'll share the model, too. For now the edges aren't quite as sharp as I want them to be.

And I never got around to sharing pictures.

Here is my first printed version of a code cylinder. Let me know what you think.

As said the edges aren't as nice as they should have been; the support broke some of it off when it was broken off. The round thing is first attempt to print the first 3D model I worked on. There the support structure was far too dense though. It didn't finish printing as we ran out of time, which was lucky for me, because I could then make a better model and get that printed for free instead. Smile

I also printed a Hoth pilot comm pad (in black) and two imperial greeblies (they were quick) at the course.

These are PLA plastic and it was a FlashForge Dreamer.

The PLA is more forgiving than ABS and non toxic, so that is good. But don't ever drop it in vinegar or it will be no more!
