I'm working with my wife on a Jedi costume so that she can join the NSB ranks. I figured I'd post some pictures both for feedback and to show the progress. At this point, we've ordered tunics, belt, boots, and lightsaber but are still waiting to receive the tunics and belt. First I thought I'd post up a few pics of the boots and see what our resident Jedi think in terms of whether they are approvable or not. The current CRL includes a fairly vague definition of how buckles are treated and I'm curious if this would be acceptable.

The tracking for the tunics indicates they should be delivered tomorrow so hopefully I'll have another update to post soon! Jedi

The tunics came today and I snapped a few more pictures to share. First off is the lightsaber:

Next up is my wife wearing the new tunic/obi/tabards set:

And, finally, here she is striking a pose with saber and tunics:

The saber is Ultrasabers and the blade is straight orange. My phone doesn't do a good job of capturing the true blade color in the picture.

Im in the same boat, trying to get the wife into it. I am secretly having my sister in law make her a Jedi outfit. After all, there are always two, a master and...oh, wait a minute, that's the "other guys"...ahem....uh...uh....ah...we can always use more Jedi! Yeah! Mr. Green

Nice lightsaber, BTW....I need to take some time and check out ultrasabers site...my problem is that they give you so many choices...Anyways, I really like the orange and the handle looks awesome!

She did consider the pilot but we figured she'd have an easier time chasing our toddler around in the Jedi since both of my costumes have the ejection harness. She definitely enjoyed trooping in my pilot and is excited to get out with her own outfit now! Mr. Green

Thanks! We actually designed one on TCSS for her that I was going to try my hand at building but they weren't offering their powder coating service at the time. We took a look at Ultrasaber's site and she loved this one because it reminded her of a certain spunky droid! r2leia

The blue goes nicely with the orange blade as well!
