6/20/15; JediCon WV; Paden City WV

We have been invited back to JediCon WV. This will be the 5th or 6th year that we have been there. The con is beginning to grow and saw a record number of vendors and visitors. The also do a silent auction for Children's Miracle Network during the con. The event coordinator provided us with a table for recruitment, a large changing area (albeit upstairs) and water. Here are the details.

Event Purpose/Benefit/Charity/Cause: raise money for Children's Miracle Network

Event Date: Saturday June 20th 2015
Start Time? 9a.m. End Time? 4 p.m.
Indoor/Outdoor/Both? Both depending upon the weather
Will there be a spacious secure private secluded room for changing into costume and storing personal items?:Yes
Will cold water/beverages be provided to keep us hydrated? Yes
How many characters would you like to have? Are there any special requests for a certain Star Wars Villain to attend? Vader,Stormtroopers,Boba Fett,the more the merrier.
Is parking provided? Yes

I did it, decided to make Local Conventions announcements. Since they tend to be multi-day events and a bit more involved in attendance, this gives everyone coming into the events forums a first eye view on all the conventions we have coming up.

If I'm out visiting my parents in their village which is near Paden City, I might be able to troop this. Where is it in the town? I've only been there a couple of times.

4th Ave is also Hwy 2, so it is the main road right through town north to south. the building is about 4 blocks north of main street on the west side of the street.
