Found that on a very good and complete site on the game, among it, a costume collection from gamers.

http://tor-fashion.com/

Enjoy, may not be canon at all but great sets anyway.

I've been working on gathering info for a generic Tython jedi costume. So far I have found 2 general styles of belt, one style of robe (one NPC has a different color and trim, same pattern) two different sets of details of the shirt under the robe (some have what looks like a stole, some don't), some have the apron flap thing and some don't, and there are texturing errors on the pants of every Jedi that doesn't have the stole (They left the ends of the stole sticking out under the belt on the one without the stole.) They corrected the errors on the Relnex Robes set of gear players can get.

I've run around, looked at and screen capped more than half the Jedi on Tython. I found the robe pattern is the same as used on most of the Jedi Knight armor sets (both with and without hard armor.) Sometimes there are added details or trim on the robe, but the basic pattern seems to be standard. It has short sleeves, a hood and doesn't close in front. The belt is worn over the robe and the skirt of the robe looks to be generally A line in shape.

What's driving me crazy is figuring out how to make the belt with the right details. (If you do the big boxy buckle, I have no clue how to manufacture it.)
