Looking for some knowledge.I have one of franks awesome helmets (man, get one if you can!) My question concerns the upper radius near the wearers head.is this supposed to cup the head, or match the lower, narrower radius? Ithink the thicker radius looks better, but I'm not sure.all replies are welcome.thanks, the huttkiller. Slave Leia

Just checked this and realised its confusing. The radius I'm asking about is not the blast shield, but the upper radius of the actual helmet itsself.thick or thin?

i made mine relatively the same all the way around, because once i add the edge roll trim, sewed around 5/8" foam core, it will "bulk out" the helmet edges. I will need to trim my bottom edge so I can slip the thing over my ANH15
