Arrival time is confirmed at 12pm, Well start walking around and interacting with others at 1pm
Changing area is confirmed
Campsite for out of town troopers is confirmed
Food and water is confirmed.
The show starts at 8pm, the basic plan for it is bad guys take over the stage, good guys take it back. More details will be worked out as it gets closer, We'll make sure they keep it simple.
They’re still checking on the space and how many tables for props and stuff.
