Recently, we did a huge photoshoot with Tusken Raiders...most of those Tuskens are 501st only but several of them decided to also apply at the RL for membership.


One of the guys at the photoshoot said it took 8 months for his account to get activated here at the RL and he told that to one of the other prospective members who is prepared to submit his application.

How long does it usually take to get a username activated?

They are activated on daily basis by council members. If someone is not activated in a week it means he was most likely missed out by accident and it's good to email the council or me.

I think Tyler's 8 month wait was probably a fluke...
Matt's activation came within 12 hours...

It also helps if people fill-out information, such as their favorite movie/character, and so on. When those areas are left blank, most people will assume it's spam.

Yes Jason is correct they need to fill out as much info as they can.

We have been working hard to activate new accounts as fast as we can.

Was it passed through to me? If I receive an email regarding activation I always reply right away because usually they do not provide usernames. But I can't recall receiving anything about her.

Anyway, I found her account now and activated it.
