I had really just gone with the long sock approach, just making a long sock and sewing it onto the seam under the left arm to the ground. Worked well, but was kinda annoying to get used to.
The torch holder idea is genius!!

I used the flashlite holder trooping yesterday for a couple of events and its a neccessity for all Jedi with removable blade sabers. It worked perfectly and was just fun to use, going back and forth from hanging the saber on my belt and being completely hands free to the full bladed saber. It fit on my Jedi belt perfectly. Very comfortable and practical. This is a very inovative idea. Highly recomend picking one up for your next troop.
