here is one of the few pics i took...my latex face on the underskull. I didn't worry about it being pretty since it would be covered in hair,lol

Cool. I figured it had to be really thin.

The silicone stuff is not very difficult. My first Chewie was latex and I picked up the silicone pretty easy.

It's also much easier to work with fiberglass molds over stone. The flexibility makes the demold easier and having a mold that doesn't weigh as much as a toilet is nice.

Could you post more photos of your suit and mask for
Us wookie builders . From the pictures you have posted and from what I can see , your chewbacca head looks really close to the real deal.

i would love to see what the movement is like with the mouth and teeth.
