Hello there....

In this thread I will show you ner'vodes the work in progress of my new Commander Wolffe phase II Armor....

The Armor maker, is Kevin Weir from Imperial Surplus, a beauty of craftmanship indeed, if you're looking for a top notch armorer, he's your man for clonetrooper armor.

Here it is.... MY PRECIOUS!!!!!! Evil or Very Mad

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Today with the help, of my good freind Rick Vargas (our General Plo Koon from Costa Rica Outpost) we started working the helmet....

As you can see things got a little dusty....

TAAAAAAAAAAA DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Next step.... finish the cut lines, wash and polish the helmet in preparation for the paint job.

Good old primer grey works just fine. You'll go nuts trying to find just the right shade. There is a post on CTN that quotes Dave as saying a primer grey was the color they used on the series.

Krylon used to be the preferred paint. But some people claim that since they changed their formula it just hasn't been as good. I still use Krylon primer for weathering TCW armor but I'd suggest Rustoleum for the main parts of old man Wolffe.
