New York: Plan on dressing as Princess Leia, Darth Vader, or Chewbacca this Halloween? If so, then head on down to The One Man Star Wars Trilogy to win some prizes.
A costume competition will take place during the October 28th - 31st performances of the show. Audiences are encouraged to come in costume, Star Wars or not. The contest will be judged by performer Charles Ross, Christian Borle from Spamalot and John Treacy Egan from The Producers. Prizes from Toys-r-Us, Mars 2112, Forbidden Planet, Creative Costume, and St. Marks Comics will be awarded for the best costumes. According to the producers "stormtroopers will be in the audience all weekend and will be serving the audience free Wookie Cookies, Darth Malts, Yoda Soda, and Deathstar Popcorn Balls."
Here is the performance schedule for The One Man Star Wars Trilogy that weekend:
- Friday October 28th: 8pm
- Saturday October 29th: 3pm and 8pm
- Sunday October 30th: 3pm
- Monday October 31st: 7:30pm

There is a dressing room on the 4th floor where you can change into costume and stow your street clothing. If they ask at the Theater desk, tell them you are with the Star Wars costume group.
