Ups, sorry for not seeing these pics earlier.
Very nice built!
Did you use parts of a "real world" coffee machine?

From bottom to top:

- The main chassis is a theatre lighting instrument.
- The rods are various PVC parts and lawn sprinkler repair kits.
- To the chassis are added: a “gentile” watering nozzle, an antique flashbulb holder, circuit boards from a Post Office document sorter, magnetic blinky-lights, a spark-plug cap.
- The large widget on top is a drink “flavoring” dispenser, that has had the base modified to fit into the gel frame of the front of the instrument. Where the bottles of flavoring would be suspended, I replaced that with acrylic tubing… with a frost gel inside, and various shades of tan gel to represent dirty filters.
- Above that is the burner from a vintage oil lamp, then a copper tube worked all the way down for stability.
- The anemometer at the top is a mini-work of art, using a Spy-Gear mic and bizarre Lego bits.

Have you thought about having it be able to dispense actual water?

There's no way to plumb this one. But if you built one around a desk-top office water cooler I don't see why not. Smile

I love this! Very Happy

I have a Moisture Farmer costume and this would be the perfect sized 'vaporator for recycling the moisture in her indoor garden room.

That's a good story line. Wink

For me, two factors (no three, three factors) dictated the size. First was the fluff... My first Mercs costume/character was an "Arid Environment" kit. Iviin'kyr Falco "lived" on Tatooine and needed something for his cave/hideout, that he could put in the entrance, but secure when abroad. Second, something that would fit in the car, that I could actually transport on my own. Third was what to make it out of?? So the project got back-burnered... until I cam in posession of the lighting instrument. Then it all fell into place fairly quickly.
