Greetings Scoundrels,
Here is the first in a series of templates for building the Han Solo belt. As I complete more of these, I'll post them along with tutorials for how to use them. I'm not sure if these will post in such a way as to be able to print them full-size. If not, I'll give instructions on how much to enlarge them. Here are the templates for the left and right side pouches:

I'm going to try and print these from this page. I'll post again to let you know how it turns out.

OK, so I just tried this and THE TEMPLATES DO NOT PRINT THE RIGHT SIZE!! Please be aware of this before using them!!
They print close to the correct size, but for some reason, the scan shrinks them a little bit. I'll try and play with some enlarging and find the correct amount to blow them up. I'm guessing no more than maybe 5-10%
To print them, I just left-clicked on the image, did a "Save As," saved them to a flash drive, and printed them from there. If anyone wants to use them in the meantime, the "loop" on the right side template should be 1 1/2" high by 3 1/2" long. Enlarge the printout until it's that size, and everything else will be correct.
I'll try to have a more precise percentage soon. Until then,
May the Force be with You,

Greetings Scoundrels,
OK, it seems the correct proportion for enlarging the templates is 15%. Print out the scans, take them to a photocopier, set the copy size to 115%, and copy. They will come out the right size.
Maybe with future templates, I will enlarge them by 15% before I scan them in. That way, they will hopefully print the right size from the post. If it works I'll edit the original post and make them the right size as well.
Sorry for the confusion. Who would have thought the scanner would shrink the images?
May the Force be with You,
Brian |

Nice!!!!! I have to eventially re build mine that I bought years ago since it has never fit right. Blaster was to low and loose on the leg. I lost weight so it is even worse now. It almost falls off. _________________
