did you move your photos? because they are no longer showing up on the thread. If you did, you need to edit your post with the new links.

Now we´re talking!!

I would suggest you tight-fit the chest armor to prevent the battletoad effect.

the torso looks way to big and fat for the size of the arms and legs But I can also see that the chest and back pieces are not tight and fitted in these pics.

I like the color as well. that blue the 501st clones use is kind of a PITA to get right isn´t it?

It looks very good. Very close to approveable.

Here are the only tweaks I would recommend (I was a costume judge for clones for a few years):

- on the hand plates, replace the white elastic straps with black.
- on the back plate, place a black mesh on the inside where the 4 holes are. I can see what looks like a brown circle, possibly from suspenders.
- elbows look like they may be over-padded out. I can see 2 layers of them in your firing blasters pic. You might want to trim the strap and pull them in quite a bit.
- tweak the weathering:
- put black inside the cut-outs on the ammo boxes, and in all other low spots --especially on the belt boxes. Grime collects in low spots, especially on the bottom of them.
- put weathering inside the low spots on the shoe disks and along the edges of the straps on the shoes --there are white lines there now. --Also on the inside of the discs on the thermal detonator.
- rough up the light brown weathering on the calves, and make sure it matches on the shoe and the shoe straps. It looks very uniform.
- weather the soles. You look like you slogged through light tan dirt with your calves, but your shoe soles and a couple of other parts are pristine. Put them all together, possibly on a victim...er... helper, and then weather it while they are wearing it.
- it might sound crazy, but put on the calves, shoes and straps, then walk through some real mud and grime. Nothing beats real world weathering.

None of these are deal breakers --it is a great looking kit. But I've personally done 3 clones and a snowtrooper... I've weathered a lot, and seen a lot of weathering. These minor tweaks will make it ramp up to eleven.

Great work! I wish you were in Denver, I'd love to troop with you!
