Thanks!

I´m done with the Gaunts for now. the seams are not perfect but I´ll make them disappear completely when I get back form C6 and order the right colored decals.

The decals are actually brown but they look very dark.

I weathered them a bit to make them look like in the series. I´m all against clean armor and clothing in a field general of soldier. It makes for a more real effect. I can´t imagine a Jedi with a fully clean gettup in the middle of combat.

and the lightsaber, since I never posted pics of the blade working

Just came back from picking the cloth parts!!

They Look AWESOME (at least to me)

There ARE a couple of details that need fixing like stitching the secondary shoulder pads to the arms to maintain their shape and adding a frame to the border of the hood so it holds the right shape when using it over the head.

Plo uses a HUGE hood... both in the movies and in the CW series... it´s the size of his entire back and waist when not in use and when in use it covers his head and shoulders and runs down past the middle of his back.

this is my first fit test (sans Boots as they´ll be ready on tuesday and lightsaber as i still haven´t received the pommel back) hence why I noticed the problems with the shoulderpads and the shape of the hood.

Let me know what you think with all honesty please.

thanks! haha

I was so desperate to try it out that i missplaced a lot of the pieces! Surprised

The back and belly where pulled up under the belt... the back was all wrinkled and it pulled the skirt up! the hood was not properly tucked under the border of the neck and the pants where not tucked in my boots as it should...

So I tried again and this time I made sure everything was placed correctly and the change is superb!!

check it out!!

and my lovely wife Xio... without her I wouldn´t be a 4rth of the man I am today. she has helped and supported me all through this ordeal!

Man, I have to say I love the way it looks. I can honestly say it´s like I´m seeing another guy ion the costume and it´s not me!

I can´t wait for the boots!

hopefully the Judges will feel the same way and accept my app fast enough for me to join the legion photo, the Jedi Knights photo and the diplomatic mission game.

Small little video.

Razz

The flash in photos create a shiny effect that the fabrics do NOT have in normal lighting... Confused

in regular light the fabrics look matte and a sort of satinated matte.

Looking fantastic. Keep up the good work, and good luck with approval, not that you'll need it... It's a great costume!

Wow guys thanks!!

I really appreciate it! Mr. Green

I´m literally dying to send my App in but first comes the boots.

I´ll send the 4 angle shots and the unmasked pic plus a couple of action shots.

The one inaccurate fact about this is that I weight way more than I should for the costume as Master Po is actually kind of skinny in the series (true... the clone wars series characters are ALL skinny because of the series stylish design) but I´m working on getting rid of my belly. Just in the last week i lost 9.9 pounds. I hope to loose another 9 pounds before I take the plane as I want to look as good as I can and the training will help me with the event wasting my Shebs off LOL

Boots ready! leaving in about 4 hours to pick them up!

the emitter now has the allen screw (was delivered to me today) to hold the blade in place and the pommel was drilled to allow sound to come out... It's still3/4s of the volume it should be but 3/4s is better than nothing.

as soon as I hit home I'll put on the costume and take the App Pics to send it right away! I'm going critical! Shocked
