You'd be surprised how little hair you can have and still make things work. My roommate's hair was super short, and even though we couldn't fully pull it into pigtails for her Leia buns, we made it work with prodigious use of bobby pins, hair clips, and hair spray. Same story back when I first made my ceremonial Leia hair piece- I barely had enough hair to get it in a ponytail (and still had to make a lot of use of bobby pins to keep it up there). Of course, now I have too much hair for that hairpiece and I have to remake the whole thing. Rolling Eyes It's always a new adventure with costume hairpieces!

well, my normal hairstyle is even shorter than on my profile picture, though I am contemplating growing it longer, so to be able to have a nice hair-do for my wedding next year Embarassed

I just bought a new wig for this costume, but it is rather blondish, so I'll try to dye it darker Smile Then, next step is the buns Smile

Hi all,

I'm doing a bit of research for this costume but I'm having trouble locating acceptable boots for my wide calves. Any suggestions? It's getting close to when boots go on sale so I'd figure I'd take a crack at it. Smile

Onestopplus.com has a great pair! The "Katie" under wide calf boots. They're amazing. I bought black and brown - both for Padme outfits.
