That's too bad. Maybe I can make it down to Australia sometime Smile
The wig is real human hair, and was over $200. I wanted a wig that looked authentic, the hair is the most expensive part of the costume, lol.
It makes the costume, for me. I usually get compliments thanks to the hair, and people think it's my real hair, which makes me smile. Smile

Mate, I say in all seriousness, it would be WONDERFUL to have our American friends come to Australia !! Aussies visit the U.S each year and we never get any of you guys Sad

Our Cons are much smaller granted, but there still are great guests & you could always make it a holiday too, we have GREAT beaches here in Australia Smile

for the record...
Australia is one of the places on earth I would most like to visit..
the sad thing is that I (and so many Americans) have suffered so many cutbacks in pay that, these days, having enough money to buy gasoline for my car is a challenge...
so..
a vacation in Australia just is not in my future...

Wink

I found a wig that works pretty well for me. It's called the Felecia and the color is 60H56. They also had it in the darker blonde that appears almost brown. I went with the blonder version since it's pretty close to my natural hair color. I still have to brush it better and shave!

I picked it up at a wig store in downtown Chicago. I chatted up the girl working there and told her I was Legion. She gave me a discount, a free wig brush and 2 foam heads for a couple of my trading cards. Total cost to me ended up being about $70.

Very nice! You got a great pice for it, and it looks great! You make a great Luke Very Happy

Did you have to have it trimmed, or was it already that length?

Thanks! The lady working there was a big star wars fan so she found me one that was the right length right off the bat.
