Good luck on the project. It's a daunting task, starting from scratch, especially when there are multiple options for existing kits.

Well...we're also developing Revan and Imperial Knights as well as armor for general jedi. We're gonna do them all at the same time. Besides, gotta have something to do during the winter when it's cold outside Wink

There's a lot of ARC Trooper activity on clonetroopers.net and animated-army.com with sculpts of the helmet and armor parts, and several WIP threads.

Yup, CTN and A-A have most of the activity. Definitely log in there, and check things out.

I've got a question- What is the status of Realistic Clones?

I'm bummed that I didn't get my Realistic Captain Rex finished before the May 31st deadline and as a result is no longer able to approved by the 501st.

But, are realistic Captain Rex's still okay for the Rebel Legion?

Here's my WIP- with the 501st no longer an option, I used the superb version of Darren Wright's Captain Rex as inspiration.

All shiny and new- just freshly issued from the clone quartermaster-

And now, with "three years" of battleweathering -

Personally, I love it and hope it gets approved. But I'm no longer a clone LCJ.

If the PTB decide that movie style Rex and other TCW clones are no longer approveable, it doesn't mean you can't wear them. It just means you can't wear it to the fewer and more far in-between high profile canon events.

Want to wear it to a Children's Hospital troop or a JDRF walk? You betcha.

(I think. --but I'd be proud to troop next to your kit any day.)
