Hi

I would like to ask, if these pouches are acceptable for Obi-Wan Revenge of the Sith or/and Attack of the Clones as a formal costume.

Thanks for answers.

You'd have to check the standards, I'm pretty sure the belt would pass I dunno about the capsules

There should also be a tall leather pouch. And i think that you should have to smaller pouchs and 1 larger pouch the large pouch should have a clip on it just like the one in the pic at the bottom.

If this is the costumebase rig (which, judging from the background I think it is...), the pouches are WAY out of proportion to the belt IIRC--they look like Stay-Puft Marshmallow-Man pouches compared to the rest... What you have in that picture are the ROTS pouches, I believe Obi-Wan has a different/additional resin pouch in AOTC.

They may pass, but you'd need to have a picture of yourself wearing them in order to judge the proportions...

While I don't know if the pouches in general are accepted, I can tell you the combination that kit comes in is neither complete for AOTC or ROTS.

AOTC has what are referred to as a small pouch, a tall pouch, and a wide pouch (all resin):

ROTS has the small pouch, tall pouch, grapple pouch (resin) and the leather pouch:

So that kit is missing at least on pouch for each different look.

Here's some images to reference the different pouches.

Small pouch (on left of belt):

Tall pouch (on left of belt):

Wide pouch:

Grapple pouch:

Leather pouch:

I've never seen them in person so I don't know for sure. They don't look to be too bad size-wise. If it's a set, go ahead. The belt looks alright. You could always use them in the meantime and then try and get a full set from Diego.

Diego is San Diego Geek Pride Festival event or some person? Its maybe a stupid question but I really dont know. Its a set, but if there is a better source I would rather take full set. I already have a LS and costume is in progress, but this is out of my capability.

Diego Arevalo is a member of the RL. His user name is the.rebel.agent. He produces belts and pouches (both leather and resin). Not sure what his current work load is like but you could contact him to see. The belt and resin pouches in my pictures are from him.

The grapple pouch and capsules that you have can be reused between AOTC and ROTS, but you need specific pouches for both costumes.

The tall pouch would work for both. Grapple and wide are specific to individual movies.

Actually technically the pouches won't work for both either. You'd need another set of 4 for AOTC.
