hey all, im having a hard time finding out what sorta shoes she wears and any ideas on where i can find information about the belt she wears, as i dont have any thing to really work on. The few things i have is the patten for the leather part, the jedi robe and what she wears underneath the robe. any informtion would really really help. i want to get this costume up and running. oh and also if anyone has any ideas for her head piece, i would take any ideas for the making of it.

it's not an easy costume to start with for your first costume, but I'm pleased to see you are still hanging in there. Really looking forward to when you can become a full member Very Happy

I believe the shoes are boots.

Her belt is a pretty simple affair- a 2" wide brown leather belt, with a plain leather-covered buckle. I've got mine kicking around somewhere, I'll see if I can get a picture in the next few days.

Did you try looking at the cut scene where Grievous kills her with her own saber? I know she falls over, do her boots show?

uh, Jay-Gon is a fine sabersmith

Alternatively, you could check fx-sabers.com forums.

Thanks, but I can't do an exact replica, unless I find one that is pre-made and just needs electronics installed. There may be a similar style of saber available on FX-Sabers, though.

Hey I just saw this. From what I have read and seen Shaak Ti and Togrutas in general do not wear shoes. A Togruta refraines from wearing shoes so to not sever the connection between them and nature. I know that when Shaak Ti is depicted as exiled on Falucia she does not wear shoes. I hope this helps.

Ahsoka does wear boots and is a Togruta but any figure I have of ShaakTi apart from the FU one shows her in boots

I was only referring to what is in "The new essential guide to alien species" it seems Ahsoka and Shaak Ti (Jedi council version) are the only 2 Togruta to wear shoes. I guess being a Jedi is enough connection to the land for them haha. I went and looked at my 12" Shaak Ti and she has Plain black boots, I guess there are exceptions to every species habits.
