Short of mugging or bribing a "cast Member" at Disney... has anyone figured out how to make the uniform they wear at Star Tours??

I have found a few good reference pics of the Disney World uniform... just need to get this costume!

dang if I'd have thought of it sooner we could have gotten a group costume for CV , wonder if there is time left.

I could probably get some patches done in time...

They looked to me to be royal blue and orange.

Yeah... The fact that they are closing Star Tours (for refit) is making me very nostalgic for the costume. I have always enjoyed the idea of the travel agency in space. Perhaps they will have better uniforms for Star Tours 2.

I find it very odd that they don't sell patches at the attraction. Confused

No this would not be RL worthy. Disney would probably kill us anyway.

I know I am re-hashing an old thread, but my wife is making me this costume for something we are participating in in June..

I'll post pics when she is done. It won't be EXACT, but should be pretty close.

She found an orange shirt at Goodwill, and is ordering pants from Automotiveworkwear. She also figured out how to make a "faux" patch.

Now that they redid the ride, I'm guessing they have new uniforms?

Well, she finished it, not a bad likeness for what she had to work with!

I like the first uniform better (the old one, blue orange), the combination of colors of the new uniform is hurting my eyes, hahaha! The pants do not mix anywhere. Shocked

That's neat. It came out well. Smile

I must admit that I've been thinking that it would be fun to make a Star Tours outfit. I've been thinking of making one with a more "Star Warsy" take on it, with Aurabesh letters instead of English letters, for example.
