Hey everyone! I was wondering if you could help a fan girl out. I have finished my female tuskie mask and bib...but I'm not sure how i'm going to contact the mask and bib together.

All the soft parts are done, robe, shawl and boots. I just need to make and hood (after I attact the mask to bib), the bracelets and the pouch.

I'm not sure if I'm going to make a weapon or the tusken child doll.

Thanks!!

I didn't put together my mask but mine is glued to the bib. I don't know if this photo shows it well enough but here is my mask:

I also attached it to a ball cap to wear under the shawl:

I'm actually going to change that up because the past 3 times I've worn it I've had problems with the mask falling forward so to speak. It's super annoying. Confused

The guy who made it put it together and he used hot glue. I've had the mask for about 2.5 years and only recently had to reglue it. Very Happy

Just curious, what material did you use to make your mask and bib?

Thanks,
Liz

I used air dryin clay which probably wasn't the best idea. But it seems to be holding up really well, I've just started glueing on the ball cap to see what will happen... lol

I do know there is a kit out there at one can purchase, I'm using that as a back up just in case. lol Smile

hello again thought I'd post an update. I did manage to glue the mask to the ball cap and it stayed. Smile

But I'm not sure on how it all looks. I'm thinking of just buying the female mask kit. There are gaps and I could fixed that but idk if it'll pass the standards. Thoughts?

I'm still working on the gloves, pouch, bracelets and weapon or child. I'm not sure yet on that part. I also need to finish dying the shawel and I blacked out my face in the photo.

The shoes are my favorite part about this costume. Anyway... Thoughts? Please. Thanks! Smile

The bottom part looks good but the eye visor piece looks a bit small.
