This is looking like it will be a great event.
Here are the details.

* They have other characters planned to go with the music such as Superman, Harry Potter and Indiana Jones.
* A rehearsal is planned for Saturday morning 11:00-1:30pm, the more of us who can make that the better. Light snacks will be provided.
* 6:00pm in costume and ready to troop.
* When the Star Wars music begins the conductor will play Star Trek music, the Imperial march will play over the loud speakers drowning out the orchestra, and Vader will come on stage with TK's, force choke the conductor and bring in a new conductor for the rest of the show.
* We are invited to a reception after the concert across the street, preferably in costume.
* They can provide overnight accommodations for up to 6 people (3 double rooms) at local inn, if you are interested in this please contact me.
* We can set up a info/recruiting table if we want to.

The more characters the better(especially OT), they would love to have R2 make an appearance.

If you are planning to attend this please let me know what costume you are wearing, the symphony has asked for seating purposes.

Thanks,
